The waitress gave me crabs...
So, my birthday might not have been anything to brag about, but it was still pretty fun. It started in the morning, as these thing often do, with a quaint little jog. After that was out of my system, I went to make my first alcoholic purchases. Both cashiers drew attention that it was my birthday and at Albertson's it even said Happy Birthday on the screen. awwwwwww. After we went to BevMo and the big WholeFoods in Pasadena. Both of these store were very overwhelming, much like my first time at Amoeba, but I should be able to handle it next time. After a short trip to Guitar Center and a brief retelling of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory I went home and opened the rest of my presents and waited for the evening. For dinner we went to Joe's Crab Shack and it was pretty cool. I got three drinks and one of them came with a toy shark. However, it soon turned for the worst when I was forced to parade around the restaurant wearing who knows what with people singing to me. But after I got home we shared a nice family shot of rum and Corey and Mark came over to round out the evening with some television and picture taking. Like I said, it might not have been the most eventful, but I accomplished much of what should be accomplished on a 21st birthday.
